“we all appear to be pointed towards the nirvana of natural capital which is going to pay for everything but the favoured course for doing this seems to be to work through a brokerage, most of these are commercial companies with profit margins and shareholders to pay and this does not seem a sensible way forward. Is there some better not for profit examples out there with better financial outcomes for the environment”
